Visiting an archeological site is not an easy task for the younger ones.
We designed this tour to keep you kids involved bringing back to life the glorious time of the Caesars.
With the use of an I-pad, visuals, and trivia you will be transported back in time and learn about the everyday life in the ancient world: what did romans eat? where did they go for shopping? how did they spend their free time?
They’ll meet the gladiators, the sport heroes of the ancient times, and learn about their training and their fighting skills: you’ll feel the adrenaline rush of being on the arena of the Colosseum surrounded by 50000 screaming people!
You’ll walk past the triumphal arch of Constantine and experience the excitement of the victory parade, then enter the imperial palace on the Palatine to meet the Caesars and partecipate to one of their well known “never-ending” banquets were the first “gelati” were served as a dessert!
Your kids will learn how to play ancient board games and how to read the roman numerals to find their reserved sit in the arena.
Exploring the Roman Forum, or ancient city center, they will hear stories of Olimpian gods and Vestal Virgins, senators and merchants, and discover the place were Romulus and Remus were suckled by the she-wolf Lupa.
