Description
We’ll be able to do a stress-free stroll trough the most iconic sights of the historical city center but also the lesser known secret corners, with plenty of picture opportunities, from stunning views to narrow cobbled lanes, ending up with experiencing the oldest traditional city market.
Enjoy the city as it wakes up: the smell of the coffee and pastries, the fresh air, the magical light, the empty piazzas….Rome’s real soul and flavor.
Learn about the people that made the city’s history great: caesars and popes, artists and noblemen, but also about the everyday life and habits of modern romans, with plenty of anecdotes and interesting facts you won’t find on a guide book, everything seen from a local’s perspective.
We’ll start at the Spanish steps and walk to Trevi Fountain (still free from the big groups of tourists!), the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and much more…until the grand finale at the market of Campo dei Fiori: we’ll get there early enough to see the market workers preparing their stands and to buy, smell and taste the freshest local products!
